Indeed, a circuit court judge found a previous Secretary of the Interior in contempt as well as a Secretary of Treasury, and I think that has extended to other administrations. So, yes, we welcome the opportunity in a nonpartisan fashion to solve this legitimate problem. As I have often reflected, Mr. Speaker, when we come to this floor, we may line up on different sides of the aisle, we may have an R or a D beside our names, but there are really only two types of people who serve in the Congress of the United States, those who represent what we now call Indian country, and those who represent what was once Indian country.
