I believe if we embrace commonsense existing policies, we can get this done. And as the House has respectfully rejected this motion to instruct on numerous occasions, and I appreciate the gentleman's argument, but I believe we will move forward when we are able to get to conference, understanding that we are working right now, working on a prescription drug bill, working on an energy bill.
