Mr. Speaker, I heard time and again from residents of the Sixth District of Arizona how pleased they were that Congress is getting down to business and working to enact a balanced budget. As our colleague from New Jersey pointed out, the last time that occurred was 1969, the year that Americans landed a man on the Moon.
