indeed, this is a phenomenon where those who would claim to champion the rights of working Americans can do more for those working Americans by getting their uninvited hands out of their pockets. If that is done and if, Mr. Speaker, we as a people and those of us who would serve in public office at both ends of Pennsylvania Avenue would obey existing laws, we would see genuine campaign finance reform.
