Well, they're very troubling. In 1973, when Richard Nixon was president, they had the Saturday night massacre. Well, in 2025, we have the Friday night massacre, in this case, the president of the United States firing 17 inspectors general, whose sole purpose is to root out corruption in various departments and agencies. I mean, this is something that Trump said that he wanted to do when he said he wanted to drain the swamp. But it's critical to understand that these firings are a prerequisite to the authoritarianism that we want, that this president wants to implement.
