Mr. Speaker, every day that passes risks further escalation from Hezbollah on Israel's northern border. We must not allow Hezbollah to continue to present the illusion that its political and military wings are distinct. The EU must designate Hezbollah in its entirety as a terrorist organization to permanently dispense with this fiction. Mr. Speaker, I urge all of my colleagues to support this resolution, and I yield back the balance of my time. The SPEAKER pro tempore. The question is on the motion offered by the gentleman from New York (Mr. Lawler) that the House suspend the rules and agree to the resolution, H. Res. 599.
