It is critical that this congested airspace be better regulated.

As we sit here today celebrating Earth Day, as my colleagues mentioned, we are reminded how environmentally friendly moving people and freight by rail is.

We need to protect the integrity of our immigration policies and we cannot permit people to enter our Country illegally.
