Most importantly, he took ownership and I think that's bold leadership when one, someone can admit they were wrong which he did, and two, take responsibility for it.

It is something that we should be focusing on together, not using it as a political wedge, but rather as a common ground to bring the parties together.

I think this is a perfect example. Right now, the way it is, we are giving an incentive for people to get in their cars, single occupancy in cars, as opposed to using public transportation. That seems backwards to me.

We want to move away from risk identification of that binary line. We want to move into graduated risk analysis and true flood management of multi-frequency hazards, including future conditions.
