I think the amendment that we have here is very clear and puts forward some necessary information which must be received by the Congress, especially prior to the enactment of the remaining $350 billion, just making it clear that we need to know how much money has been spent and where it has been spent and for what purpose, and it stipulates that the Secretary of the Treasury must submit that information within 30 days after the enactment of this legislation.
