Oh, yes. That is exactly right. On top of everything else it is as much as an additional 40 percent. So if their bill ever became law, what we would have in the case of a senior citizen who required some surgery of some kind, say for example, that in an addition to the payments that would be made through Medicare and whatever additional insurance they might have, they would then be faced with the need to pay thousands of additional dollars out of their own pocket. And that is just absurd.
