What we would replace it with is an equitable system, something that is fair and reasonable. The problem is that we have in VERA a system that is inequitable and unfair. It is not that I do not want to recognize the fact that the population of veterans in Florida is growing. Of course we do. And we want all of those veterans to be taken care of. I elicit the sympathy of my colleague for the veterans in New York and New Jersey and Pennsylvania and Rhode Island and Maine and Ohio. I appreciate the sympathy of my colleague for the veterans in Florida. Share that sympathy with other veterans in other parts of the country.
