If they have a high school diploma already, then we can conclude that they probably do not need a very costly job training program. They need training for jobs, but they have a lot to offer when they come to the training for the jobs, and what they need is training for jobs that are realistic, that are going to be there. Once the training is finished, they are going to have jobs there. We have some jobs of that kind in my district. My congressional district has a medical complex which includes a large municipal hospital and also a medical school, a down state medical center that has a medical school and a hospital attached to it, and it has an allied health professions program there with the medical complex.
