It is more reasonable to take the 5-year-old and 6-year-old as the cutoff point where the child is older and able to go to Head Start or school, kindergarten or regular school, and they are just going to overlook all of the evidence that all of the psychologists and the experts on raising children have shown? So we are going to create a generation of scarred children who do not get the nurturing, who have a multitude of problems.
