For a long time in New York State we had a debate on whether or not welfare would provide, help keep women on welfare who wanted to go to college. They have to get a special waiver to go for 2 years, and that was permitted for large numbers of women. But then the debate on whether to let anybody go for 4 years. It never got resolved. I think they never did that. Is there any discussion of that? Throughout the States, I think they have the option for the 2 years. How many States do allow 2 years of college for people on welfare? They can stay on welfare while they are going to college for 2 years.
