If I may reclaim my time, I think doing this job probably says we can give enough soldiers to die or to be maimed and that we have the money to pay for it. At least that would be my interpretation of what you had said. I urge my colleagues to vote for the rule and for this bill and I hope a ``no'' vote when we get to final passage on amendment 1.
