This administration's unprecedented attack on New York is another political distraction.

It was about punishing Democratic states that oppose the President.

No matter how the administration tries to justify it, the law and our Constitution are clear that the president does not have the power to impose sweeping tariffs on whatever countries he wants.

Today's decision is an important victory for all those who would be hurt by this merger, and I look forward to continuing to fight this case.
