There were applications that were sent from New York State, for example, to the Federal Government signed by the New York State congressional delegation asking for a waiver from the Federal Government, asking for money from the Federal Government to New York State that went to over 700 school districts to sign up for Common Core and all sorts of other things that came from the Federal Government.
