I thank the gentlewoman for her comments. Madam Speaker, next, I am going to yield to my friend from New Jersey (Josh Gottheimer), who is really a leader in so many different forms. He co-chairs the Problem Solvers Caucus. If I had to make a pitch for the bill that should be at the top of the list for every caucus--there are many caucuses here in this Chamber--this should be an important priority, if not number one on the list, but I would put a pitch in for number one. He is a great Member, and I have a lot of respect for him. Madam Speaker, I yield to the gentleman from New Jersey (Mr. Gottheimer).
