As Mrs. Brooks departs, I think of Cathy McMorris Rodgers' words in that this has been an inspiring hour. I just think of these three women who are standing before me and what they have accomplished. Gosh. I now yield to the gentlewoman from Tennessee (Mrs. Black). I thank her for being here and for making this an important hour and important message on so many different levels.
