I thank the gentleman from Virginia (Mr. Brat) for being here and for all of his efforts. Mr. Speaker, at this time, it is a great pleasure to yield to Congressman Louie Gohmert from Texas. Oftentimes, for those who are at home who may be watching C-SPAN late on a weeknight like tonight, I will encourage them that all other nights when we are here, there is a pretty good chance that if they turn on C-SPAN late at night, Louie Gohmert will be standing where he is about to speak from, this wise man, educating us on his thoughts and reflections of our great country.
