We heard loud and clear the concern that EPA’s greenhouse gas emissions standards themselves, not carbon dioxide which the Finding never assessed independently, was the real threat to Americans’ livelihoods.

This is a moment to step on the gas, to invest, to believe in your company, to believe in your vision, to believe in the communities that you are investing in, and try to get as much built as possible before the end of this term.

Americans are suffering because the past administration attempted to apply heavy-handed regulations to coal and other forms of energy it deemed unfavorable.

If finalized, rescinding the Endangerment Finding and resulting regulations would end $1 trillion or more in hidden taxes on American businesses and families.
