We have had them over arsenals in New Jersey, over sensitive sites in New York. We have had them over military bases across the country. And, you know, I don't like it when the answer is, ``Oh, we know where most of this is. This is mostly FAA traffic.'' I don't like it when I hear it from this administration--or any administration--because it is not true.…”
