Kathy Hochul: “New York State and New York City are at our best when we stand together against those who attempt to tear us apart.”

Jewish New Yorkers have every right to worship openly, proudly, and without fear.

And to those suing us, those trying to block the implementation of this law who’ve tried before and failed, our law has already been upheld by the courts, but if you try me again, I say, bring it on.

Don’t undermine our public safety efforts. Don’t defund the police who thwart terror attacks. Don’t play political games with people’s lives.

Anyone who tries to tear that apart will be met with the full force of the law.
