I was proud to stand with our leaders from JCRC and UJA and other organizations to literally sign the ‘Buffer Bill’ — the first ever in the State of New York that says when you go to worship with your families, you should not have to endure harassment, intimidation or hatred from anyone.

We need to pause and assess the implications of these data centers on our energy future.
I don't want our local ratepayers, who are already dealing with sky-high utility bills, to have to be burdened with the cost of basically subsidizing these huge massive centers.
This is state law now. There's the ability to, it's called involuntary commitment not to an institution, but to a health care facility that has to evaluate over a certain period of time.
