Kathy Hochul: “I will not be signing an extradition order that came from the governor of Louisiana. Not now, not ever.”

This is bad news for every New Yorker.

That appears to me on its face to be a violation of civil rights to cause that kind of physical harm to an individual regardless of what the offense may be.

I'm grateful to the FBI for leading this investigation and to the New York State Police for their work to apprehend this dangerous individual.

New York won’t be calling it that.
