Kathy Hochul: “I will not commence removal proceedings.”

This termination is a reckless and inhumane act.

I urge the president to mend relationships with Canada so our farmers and our consumers and our families do not continue suffering from this inane war over tariffs.

And to those suing us, those trying to block the implementation of this law who’ve tried before and failed, our law has already been upheld by the courts, but if you try me again, I say, bring it on.

I do not want to see that compromise the validity of our election.
