I'm grateful to the FBI for leading this investigation and to the New York State Police for their work to apprehend this dangerous individual.

This overreach is just un-American. This is not who we are as Americans to take someone — a father in Houston, Texas, and murder him.

Because we need local cops hunting down criminals, not kindergartners. Breaking up drug rings, not breaking up families. Arresting gun runners, not grandmas.

New York won’t be calling it that.
