I am concerned, you know, with the proliferation of marijuana legalization. It is a lot more tricky to detect an impaired driver from drugs versus an intoxicated driver from alcohol.

We all agree that we have to put more money into this program across the board.

It's clear we need a federal baseline that re-levels the playing field--and we need one soon.

I hope that that is what the practices is--or if it isn't, will be, going forward.
