I am concerned, you know, with the proliferation of marijuana legalization. It is a lot more tricky to detect an impaired driver from drugs versus an intoxicated driver from alcohol.

I remember, in the days and weeks and months after 9/11, you know, which basically shut down the aviation industry for some time.
