I would just note that bipartisanship is a two-way street. While some may suggest that the majority is at fault, I would argue that there was a lack of a good-faith effort on the part of the minority to engage in meaningful dialogue on things like climate change and the importance of making sure we have infrastructure investments in our schools and in our healthcare systems. Mr. Speaker, I yield 2 minutes to the gentleman from Oregon (Mr. Blumenauer).
