I will just make the point again that we appreciate the study and all the language dedicated to our commitment.

This amendment does help them make sure that they also fulfill their responsibilities and protects their rights to vote.

The amendment would help ensure Active Duty servicemembers have the freedom to choose how to return their voted ballot.
