Republicans have corrupted their so-called stock-trading bill with a decaying piece of the SAVE America Act corpse.

This bill is not meant to secure American elections; it’s meant to ensure certain Americans cannot access the ballot easily.

I rise today to recognize February as National Cancer Prevention Month and to reaffirm our unwavering commitment to reducing the burden of cancer in communities across our Nation.

Allowing the buildings we work in to deteriorate around us is a fitting illustration of the broader failure to strengthen and sustain Congress’ Article 1 powers under the Constitution.
