I would also just point out that, not only was the original resolution bipartisan in the Senate, but the resolution which passed within the last few days had 11 Republican Senators support it. I think one was unavailable who had supported it in the past and indicated that he would continue to support the resolution. So it is bipartisan. This is truly the act of Congress.…”
