Rochester has always been a place where big ideas become real-world breakthroughs, and today’s announcement is another exciting chapter in that story.

Allowing the buildings we work in to deteriorate around us is a fitting illustration of the broader failure to strengthen and sustain Congress’ Article 1 powers under the Constitution.

We will continue working to make the legislative branch more cost effective and efficient.
