Angry if Democrats in the Senate ended up voting with Republicans to approve the GOP-crafted funding bill.

I rise today to recognize February as National Cancer Prevention Month and to reaffirm our unwavering commitment to reducing the burden of cancer in communities across our Nation.

I largely support the resolutions contained within the en bloc package as drafted, and I will urge my colleagues on our side to do the same.
