Spending time outdoors is one of the best ways to support both mental and physical well-being and New York State is home to some of the best parks and green spaces.

I respectfully request that the committee commit to an ever-greater appropriation for the CSO Grant Program in Fiscal Year 2021.

This year, we will hear from a bipartisan group of Members, all of whom will be asking for further investments by this subcommittee.
