“I just wanted to close on this side by saying, as I said before, that this is a good bill, that Chairman Wolf has done a great job with both staffs in putting together a bill that we can support... I am hoping after all is said and done no harmful amendments have hurt the bill in any way. In that case, at this moment I would ask for all Members in bipartisan fashion to support the bill.”
