This is going to be a historic moment, so let's pay attention. I rise in support of the en bloc amendments. I appreciate the chairman's inclusion of amendments for Democratic Members. I urge a ``yes'' vote on the en bloc amendment. I think it is a fine example of what we can do every so often. I reserve the balance of my time.
