as I told the gentleman from Maryland, the gentleman from Virginia (Mr. Wolf) has been very much aware and supportive of these kinds of issues, and as this bill moves to conference, sometimes there is a window of opportunity to do some things. While we cannot promise what the end result will be, we certainly promise the gentleman from Maryland that we will work together with him to see that this moves along in a better way.
