my comment to the gentleman from New Jersey is that no matter how we strike it, the fact of life is that CNN is seen, has been seen and will be seen much more than TV Marti, and it is wasted money, American dollars, is seen at this moment. And second, since we are talking about fiscal austerity in this House, CNN is probably financed. TV Marti comes out of my tax dollars and my constituents' tax dollars, and I know the gentleman can make a better argument for some expenditures rather than TV Marti.
