I respectfully request that the committee commit to an ever-greater appropriation for the CSO Grant Program in Fiscal Year 2021.

It is very hard around here, almost impossible to get a bipartisan bill passed with no opposition.

Infrastructure is a huge issue, and with the BIA program, primarily you are dealing with road maintenance.
