I can tell the Members that, as a Hispanic American, we are living through a time now where a lot of people in this country are taking the opportunity to be nervous about anyone who does not look or act like a 'typical American' because of what we are going through. So if one is from a group in this country that makes some folks nervous, people are paying too much attention to that and making people's lives a little uncomfortable. I am also concerned, as he was mentioning it, that some folks would take the opportunity of this discussion to begin to point fingers and be nervous about other groups. That is our concern. Our concern is not about the merits of the gentleman's presentation; that, we agree with and we understand that is a very serious concern.
