I was concerned. Let me first say I am in support of the bill in general, and I am in support of the provisions of having aliens who commit crimes be deported. But I am wondering now on the question of Mexico's sovereignty and how you impose this kind of a situation? Maybe I missed that part of the gentleman's statement. Is this an agreement that you hope will be signed in Mexico determining where the person must be deported to?
