“You know, if you stay around here long enough, you see very interesting things happen. As I look at my friend--and when I say ``my friend,'' I really mean that, Mr. Wolf, and I think of the chairman of the full committee, Mr. Rogers, I am reminded of the fact of two very interesting things. So in the times that we are in and with the desire of some folks to go after certain agencies, the Legal Services Corporation becomes a good target; but it indeed is a bad target to go after, because as we hear more and more talk about protecting, supporting, and keeping the Constitution alive, what better show than to allow folks legal representation?”
