Madam Chair, I commend the gentleman and his cosponsors on this amendment, highlighting July 20, 1969, the 50th anniversary of the United States landing a man on the Moon. I have no opposition to the amendment. I yield 1\1/2\ minutes to the gentlewoman from Florida (Ms. Wilson).
