This committee, both under Republican and Democratic leadership, has always been very friendly to NASA.

Since NASA has already programmed the lunar landing mission for 2028, why does it suddenly need to speed up the clock by 4 years?

It would be extremely worthwhile for this subcommittee to follow up with a hearing to consider NASA's budget amendment to accelerate the U.S. return to the moon in 2024.

We are very much interested in this program.
