This is not my earmark. But you know something, as chairman of the committee that carries the earmarks, I respect the fact that every Member has a right to put them forth, and we looked at all of them, as did Mr. Regula, and the earmarks that are here are earmarks that we feel are proper.

If I accomplish one thing in Congress, it is that little by little it is beginning to change the language.

It would be extremely worthwhile for this subcommittee to follow up with a hearing to consider NASA's budget amendment to accelerate the U.S. return to the moon in 2024.
