I am concerned that this bill is not fair, and I am concerned that it hurts consumers, especially Midwestern consumers, far more than it has to.

I'm hopeful someday Congress will pass a, one of those words, comprehensive bill on a whole range of energy directives because our country is waiting desperately for it.
