I simply want to ask the gentleman from Pennsylvania (Mr. Gekas), chairman of the subcommittee, since he assured us a moment ago that this House has voted on this bill, can he assure us that the bill that we are going to see is the same bill the House voted on, or is it a different bill? How do we know?
