I think the space station, regardless of how colleagues voted on the Roemer amendment, $20 million less, $21 million less out of 2.1 billion, will not materially affect when the space station is completed; but a 10 percent reduction in HOPWA is a devastating cut, and I would ask if the gentleman would accept the amendment.”
